By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.<\/p><p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"740\">If you do not agree, you must not use the App.<\/p><hr data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"745\" \/><h2 data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"766\">1. Eligibility<\/h2><p data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"856\">You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent\/guardian\u2019s consent, to use the App.<\/p><hr data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"861\" \/><h2 data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"885\">2. Use of the App<\/h2><ul data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"1135\"><li data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"970\"><p data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"970\">You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1069\"><p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1069\">You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security features.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1135\"><p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1135\">We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1140\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1171\">3. Payments (if applicable)<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1637\"><li data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1480\"><p data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1480\">If the App includes paid services, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise charges.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1557\"><p data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1557\">Prices and fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1637\"><p data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1637\">Refunds will be handled in accordance with the <strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1634\">Australian Consumer Law<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1642\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1673\">5. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1860\">All content in the App, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to [Your Business Name]. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the App.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1865\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1895\">6. Third-Party Services<\/h2><p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2061\">The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of those services.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2066\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2099\">7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2133\">To the extent permitted by law:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2392\"><li data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2224\"><p data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2224\">We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2305\"><p data-start=\"2227\" data-end=\"2305\">Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or refund of fees paid.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2392\"><p data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2392\">Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the <strong data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2389\">Australian Consumer Law<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2397\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2414\">8.
