Planned help for Mandurah homes and small businesses
When local on-site service starts, planned support will draw only on services Geek Guru already provides: practical computer and device setup, everyday troubleshooting, Wi-Fi help and patient assistance with common home technology. Every request will depend on availability and the issue.
Computer and device setup
A new computer or everyday device can leave small jobs unfinished: connecting a printer, installing commonly used software, checking updates, or preparing a home-office setup. Geek Guru already helps with computer troubleshooting and software and peripheral setup. Planned visits would focus on practical guidance and clear explanations; the exact work would depend on the issue and confirmed availability.
Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Weak wireless coverage, dropped connections or a changed modem can disrupt work and everyday use. Once visits begin, planned help may include checking a home Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting device connections and helping reconnect computers, phones, televisions and printers. Some faults belong with an internet provider or another specialist; no repair can be guaranteed before the cause is understood.
Patient home tech support
Some people want to understand the steps and feel comfortable using their devices afterwards. The planned home support is intended to be patient and easy to follow, with help focused on ordinary computer and device setup or troubleshooting. Whether a particular request can be handled will depend on the service available at launch and the details of the enquiry.
Planned coverage across the City of Mandurah
After local on-site visits begin, the plan is to cover all 18 official City of Mandurah suburbs. The suburbs are listed here together as one planned service area; this does not mean visits are available today.

Ask about future availability
Residents across Mandurah and Peel are welcome to ask about the plan. An enquiry can help us understand local needs, but it does not reserve an appointment, confirm that a visit is available, or guarantee a launch date or response time. We will share only information that is confirmed.
Use the existing contact page or call 1300 160 220. We are not taking Mandurah or Peel bookings now. Please wait for explicit confirmation that local visits have started before arranging on-site help. If you need hands-on support sooner, choose a provider currently serving your area.
